Cuxhaven (dpa/lni) – With almost three promilles, a driver was caught driving at Cuxhaven. A witness had observed the 50-year-old, slow and snake-lined, on a federal road, and dialed the emergency call, the police reported. At the subsequent check, a breath alcohol test revealed a value of more than 2.8 promille.
