Police have changed the legal classification of a horrific traffic accident near Doubravník in the Blanensko region, in which a drunk driver crashed his car into a tree. One of the five children (†10) he was driving died and two others were in very poor health. While he faced a maximum sentence of six years in prison after the accident, he could now spend up to two years more there.
Police have tightened the charges against the driver who crashed his car with five children near Doubravník in the Brno region. Blood tests revealed that he had over 3.1 per mille of alcohol. In addition to manslaughter under the stricter paragraph, police are now also investigating the act as endangerment under the influence of an addictive substance. One child died in the accident, and five other people were injured.
Based on the results of a blood toxicology analysis, the police expanded and tightened the legal qualification of the act for a drunk coach who crashed a car with five children near Doubravník in the Brno region last Wednesday, one of whom died.
