Drivers Can Expect 'Major Delays' After Collision Closes Hwy. 1 East of Sicamous

- Alcohol has been ruled out as a factor in the investigation; Eagle Valley Rescue and Sicamous Fire Rescue assisted during the eight-and-a-half-hour highway closure.
- Drivers heading east were advised to "expect major delays" until the 4 p.m. reopening, with a detour available for passenger vehicles via Cambie Solsqua and Sicamous Solsqua Roads.
