KOOSKIA, Idaho – Just after midnight last night, Kooskia Emergency Services responded to a call about a car that had driven off road and plunged into the Lochsa River.

KOOSKIA, ID – Emergency crews responded early Wednesday morning to a vehicle submerged in the Lochsa River near milepost 99.5 on U.S. Highway 12, just east of Lowell. The incident was reported at approximately 1:54 a.m. on July 9, prompting a response from Kooskia Ambulance, the Kooskia Ambulance Rescue Unit, and the Lowell Quick Response Unit.
