A man was killed Monday when another driver crashed head-on into his car on a Lebanon County road, not far from his home, police said.Anthony Loewy, 65, of Palmyra, was driving north on Gravel Hill Road in North Londonderry Township when Jim Ondesko, 28, of Dauphin, crashed into Loewy’s car, according to township police.
