BREAKING: GW Parkway closed after fatal crash

The GW Parkway is blocked in Arlington after a fatal crash. The rainy-weather crash happened just after 7:30 a.m., reportedly in the southbound lanes of the parkway near Chain Bridge. Initial reports suggest that one driver has died. Southbound lanes are being diverted onto Route 123 in McLean and northbound lanes are currently being diverted
