Man charged over deaths of cyclists in Kent
Aaron Turner, 22, also faces drug and failing-to-stop charges after a car hit three cyclists, killing two and injuring one.
Kent Police charged Aaron Turner, 22, following a fatal crash in Gravesend on Sunday that killed two cyclists and injured a third rider.
A white Ford Focus was traveling near the village of Sole Street at about 07:45 BST when it struck the three cyclists on Sunday morning.
Turner, of Hermitage Road in Higham, faces two counts of causing death by dangerous driving, failing to stop at the scene, and possession of a class C drug.
He will appear at Medway Magistrates Court on Wednesday; separately, a 21-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman arrested in connection with the investigation were released on bail.
Investigators are urging witnesses and anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage near the junction of Sole Street and Round Street to contact them.
