During a traffic stop for speeding near Woodward Avenue and Manor Road the night of Friday, June 26, Birmingham police officers found a bag of cocaine on a driver actively being arrested for warrants out of Troy. According to the police report, the officers pulled the 28-year-old over for speeding and discovered the warrants during the traffic stop. They said he was placed under arrest and transferred to the Troy Police Department.
