Drenthe Provincial Executive Member Egbert van Dijk (BBB) is resigning. He says he is being mistrusted and obstructed by members of his own party and by fellow Provincial Executive Member Gert-Jan Schuinder. According to Van Dijk, this has made his position untenable. He has submitted his resignation to the Deputy King's Commissioner.
Egbert van Dijk is resigning as Deputy of the Province of Drenthe (BBB, nature), he wrote in a statement Monday. He officially offered his resignation during the BBB faction meeting Monday evening.
