Arrested on the morning of Saturday 18 October at Kinshasa-Ndjili airport, the president of the Piste pour l'emergence party was released a few hours later. Seth Kikuni returned from Nairobi where he participated this week in the launch meeting of an opposition platform initiated by former President Joseph Kabila, recently sentenced to death in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
