DRC: Jean-Pierre Bemba's Plane, Stationed in Portugal for 19 Years, Was Seized

A Boeing aircraft, owned by Jean-Pierre Bemba, Minister of Transport of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), was seized in Portugal. The aircraft, which had been stationed at Faro Airport for 19 years, was presented as rustling on site. Jean Pierre Bemba had been ordered by the Portuguese aviation authority to recover his aircraft within 60 days, and ordered to pay a parking fee, at the risk of losing his aircraft. A deadline now expired.
