Just two days after the end of the last round of negotiations in Switzerland, where AFC/M23 and the Congolese government have again committed themselves to a ceasefire, the fighting has resumed in the eastern part of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Both camps accuse each other of bombings and violations of the truce in the provinces of South Kivu and North Kivu.
