North Korea Warns of ‘Negative Consequences’ for U.S.-S. Korea Military Drills

PYONGYANG, NORTH KOREA, AUG 11 – North Korea calls the joint U.S.-South Korea Ulchi Freedom Shield exercises a provocation and warns of resolute countermeasures to defend its sovereignty, involving 21,000 personnel, officials said.
