- At the Seaport District, Adam Harrison, 22, of Winthrop, fled on foot after a stolen dirt bike collided with a cruiser, and police arrested him at the scene.
- Despite initial arrests, the group soon exited toward Government Center before returning to Interstate 93, authorities said, urging vigilance and non-interaction.
