ROGERSVILLE, Tenn. (WJHL) — A Hawkins County woman is facing 26 counts of animal cruelty and one count of aggravated animal cruelty after a deputy says he found her animals in deplorable conditions. Deputy Michael Davis says on Aug. 24 he was called to the 100 block of Obrien Lane in Rogersville in reference to an animal complaint.
