In 2021, the mayor of La Cluse-et-Mijoux opposed the creation of a senior residence and artisanal and commercial areas. But the non-compliance with the provisions relating to the deadlines for investigations by the municipality has, in fact, granted the two companies behind the project a tacit building permit, as the administrative court indicates in a recent judgment.
