DOJ Report Declares MSIs Unconstitutional
The decision comes after the Department of Education asked the DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel to review the legality of a number of programs they said used racial “quotas.” The Department of Justice has declared a slew of Department of Education programs and grants unconstitutional based on the Supreme Court’s decision in Students for Fair Admissions v.
