Dog walker in her 60s victim of indecent exposure in SECOND Oxfordshire incident

A woman in her 60s was flashed while out walking her dog near Abingdon in the second incident of indecent exposure in Oxfordshire recently.

At approximately 2:30pm yesterday (Tuesday, March 25th) on the street in Tasaki 3-chome, Nishi-ku, Kumamoto City, a man on a bicycle committed an indecent act by exposing his genitals through his trousers to a woman who was walking by. The man is described as being in his teens or 20s, thin, with curly black hair, and without glasses.
