The Director of the Bank of the Future in Eastern Darfur, Adam Kavouteh, said that new instructions had been issued by the Commander of the Rapid Support Forces and the Head of the Government of Peace, Mohamed Hamdan Djlu, to standardize the exchange rates between cash and transfers through bank applications in the areas controlled by the Rapid Support Forces.
