DJI Chief Advocates for More Prisons with a Lighter Regime

The cabinet's plan to combat the cell shortage is insufficient. That is what Wim Saris, Director-General of the Dutch Correctional Institutions Agency (DJI), says in the AD. In the newspaper, he argues for more penitentiary institutions with a lighter regime.
