A family in Tirupattur who had gone to the forest to cook meat and eat it on the occasion of Diwali festival got trapped in the sudden flood and was unable to come out. Thakarakuppam is a village near Natrampalli in Tirupattur district. Perumal, who lives in this area, along with his family and children, went to the forest area near Pala River with a total of 19 people to cook meat and eat it. Many of them were elderly people and children.
