Two scientists have gathered a detailed catalogue of the seabed, highlighting 332 canyon networks under the Antarctic Ice Ocean. These canyons have a huge impact on global climate and ocean biodiversity. For the first time, scientists from the University of Barcelona and the University of Barcelona have been involved in the study of the ocean.
