On Saturday, the seventh World Information Summit, entitled "Information in the Smart Age: From Consensus to Action," was opened in Beijing, China, with the participation of some 500 representatives of media institutions, research centres and government bodies from 112 States and regions.
With the presence of 500 media representatives, including the Argentine News Agency, the international forum is being developed in China.
