Dillon appoints new planning commission member

The Dillon Town Council appointed a new member to the planning and zoning commission at a Tuesday, Nov. 18, regular meeting. Council members voted for Diane Perrigo-Hicks over the other applicant, Nicholaas Zomer, by a 4-2 margin. Perrigo-Hicks will serve a three-year term on the commission.
