DexKo Global Acquires Carsten Stäbler GmbH
AL-KO VT said the deal adds a specialist in motorhome retrofitting and expands its European customer center network to 10 locations.
On Tuesday, AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group acquired Carsten Stäbler GmbH, integrating the motorhome retrofitting specialist into its expanding European service network.
Strategic expansion grows AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group's service network to ten locations across Europe, including centers in Italy, France, Austria, Benelux, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and three locations in Germany.
Harald Hiller, President and CEO of AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group, emphasized the integration is "an important step within our European growth strategy." Fred Bentley, President and CEO of DexKo Global Inc, said the partnership strengthens their presence in Germany.
Owner Carsten will remain with the company to lead the next phases of development, stating "My company continues its journey — now with even greater strength by its side."
AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group will develop the Waghäusel site into a full Customer Center, aiming to enhance expertise, accessibility, and service quality for customers across Europe.
