DHL gets record number of complaints last year

Last year, many more people became angry about Deutsche Post than previously assumed. They complained.

The amended postal law obliges Deutsche Post and its competitors for the first time to publish the number of complaints reported. Especially in the case of parcel delivery, there are problems. Companies are now commenting on this.

Letters and parcels that arrive too late, damaged or not at all: This leads to a large number of complaints in the post office. However, with regard to the entire parcel and mail traffic, the proportion is disappearingly low.

Last year, Deutsche Post received about 420,000 complaints about parcels and letters.

Sometimes something goes wrong, letters and parcels don't arrive. How often this caused complaints, postal companies kept themselves covered. But now they had to put their cards on the table.
