Youngstown mayor to announce new curfew for juveniles
YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Youngstown Mayor Tito Brown will lead a news conference Monday morning to announce a new curfew for juveniles. He will specify times when children can't be out and need to be home. Currently, the city's curfew ordinance says no one under 17 can be on city streets or sidewalks from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. WKBN will cover Monday's explanation of the curfew.
