Detroit Lakes group ramps up to help wheelchair users

DETROIT LAKES — A new group of volunteers in Detroit Lakes is building wheelchair ramps for those in need. They have already helped a woman coming home from a physical rehab facility, a guy in Detroit Lakes suddenly dealing with leg amputations, and a woman who adopted a 6-year-old who uses a wheelchair.
