The Uhta City Court suspended the criminal case against Deputy Chief of the City Police, 36-year-old Lt. Col. Vladimir Torlopov, as he had entered into a contract with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. Mediason was reported to the Press Service of the Court, where a case of abuse of authority with violence was to be heard (article 286, part 4) of the Criminal Code.
