Local restaurant gives back to community

Kirkland Lake’s newest restaurant called Lydia’s recently donated their opening day sales to the Kirkland Lake Salvation Army Food Bank. According to officials from the Salvation Army, restaurant owners Shelby and Yok Issaraanatipong volunteer with the Salvation Army twice a week to cook for the community and graciously donated their opening day sales at their new restaurant to Salvation Army Foodbank.
