Danish cyclist Jonas Vingegaard has revealed that he will not compete at the World Championships in Rwanda at the end of September. As he said at a press conference before the start of the Tour of Spain, the date does not suit him, but he will try his hand at the European Championships in France at the end of the season.

It has not yet been confirmed that there will be another duel between Tadej Pogacar and Jonas Vingegaard at the 2025 World Cycling Championships in Rwanda. If it goes to a former professional, the Dane should save himself the trip to Africa, because he has no chance against Pogacar anyway.
