'Deliberate' fire in woodland next to well-known monument as warning issued

DORSET AND NORTH YORKSHIRE, JUL 7 – Fire services report multiple deliberate heath fires have spread rapidly in woodland areas, with 17 fire appliances deployed to extinguish two large blazes near Bournemouth Airport, officials said.

Firefighters say that incidents of deliberate fires near Captain Cook's Monument, near Great Ayton and Stokesley, have increased.
