This is how Fester Oosterhuis, chairman of the organizing Royal Sailing and Rowing Association Neptunus, describes the Pinker Festivals in Delfzijl. The event, the 148th (!) edition, will be held from May 15 to 20. For Oosterhuis, it is the last as president. He is succeeded by current secretary Fred Kappelhof.
