Defra has announced increased biosecurity measures for gamebird releases amidst the heightened risk of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI), also known as ‘Bird Flu’. All of England is already in an Avian Influenza Prevention Zone (AIPZ) with mandatory biosecurity measures.
