Dubravka Đedović Handanović, Minister of Mining and Energy of Serbia in her technical mandate, announced today that the release of 5,000 tons of Eurodiesel from the state reserves has begun in order to maintain the stability of the supply of oil derivatives to the market.
By signing the first contracts with distributors of oil derivatives, the marketing of 5,000 tons of Eurodiesel from state reserves to the domestic market has officially begun, in order to preserve the completeness and regularity of the supply during the coming month. This intervention is carried out in accordance with the decision of the Government of Serbia made in order to overcome the pressures in the supply chain.
The Government of Serbia, in its technical mandate, voted on Thursday to release diesel from the mandatory reserves.
