Deco chain insolvency: another hundred branches close – thousands of jobs affected

Due to the closure in 2025, around 2,000 out of a total of 3,300 employees will lose their jobs.

Of the original 400 stores, 150 to 180 will remain, according to Depot. Nearly two-thirds of employees will have to leave. The chain is suffering from competition from retailers such as Temu and Action.
