The driver, who hit the son of Yannick Alleno, was convicted of manslaughter by the Paris Criminal Court on Thursday, November 28.
Franky D., 27, was accused of having hit Antoine Alléno in May 2022 in Paris. Without a license, he was drunk driving a powerful stolen Audi. He was convicted of “manslaughter.”
His father, the three-star chef Yannick Alleno, has been fighting for more than two years for the establishment of a specific offence of “road homicide”.
