JEFFERSON Co., Ill., (KBSI) – A multi-vehicle crash has closed Interstate 57 Southbound near the Ina Exit (83) due to a multi-vehicle crash. The Illinois State Police and multiple fire and medical agencies are on the scene. All three southbound lanes are currently closed.
