Judge rules in favor of Elduens in lawsuit against county

On July 2, Thurston County Superior Court Judge Christine Schaller ruled that Grays Harbor County violated the public records act in a case brought forth by Ocean Shores Mayor Frank Elduen and his wife, Kerin. On July 24, the judge awarded the Elduens more than $68,000 in penalties.
