HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - The Daviess County Landfill will release the first batch of compost ready for the spring this Saturday. Officials are urging people to come early as the compost will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis at $22 for each yard from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday from 7 a.m. to noon.
