(WMC) – David Swift has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against Dyer County, Sheriff Jeff Box, District Attorney Danny Goodman and multiple sheriff’s office investigators, alleging he was wrongfully prosecuted in connection with the death of his wife, Karen Swift.
