Victoria Beckham's Daughter Harper Beckham Begs Her to Phone School to Make Skincare Request
Harper Beckham's beauty brand 'Harlo by Harper' faces a trademark refusal in the United States, as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office cited a likelihood of confusion with an existing dietary supplement company named Harlo.
Fashion entrepreneur Victoria Beckham has invested more than $3 million into launching the brand through H7B Ltd, which plans to release the skincare line for teenagers in the second half of next year.
Separately, the 15-year-old asked her mother to intervene after being banned from wearing make-up at school, questioning 'Why don't they want me to look my best?' but Victoria refused to call the school.
During a Today Show segment with journalist Zanna Roberts Rassi, Victoria said Harper is 'really good at applying natural make-up,' though she must comply with school policy and will not request exceptions.
Although the registration was refused, the applicant may respond by submitting further evidence and arguments to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as the brand remains in development.
DAVID Beckham posted a photo with his daughter Harper (15) shortly after Victoria revealed that Harper was unhappy with the strict makeup ban at her new school and had already earned a fine.
Because her school had forbidden her to continue to sit in the classroom, 15-year-old Harper Beckham asked her mother Victoria to call the school, but there was a clear "no" from Victoria.
