Dave Matthews Band Will Launch Its 2026 Summer Tour with a Zero-Waste Initiative

On Tuesday, Dave Matthews Band announced Summer Tour 2026, a 35-show North American run, including a stop at The Pavilion at Star Lake on Friday, July 24, with presales starting Jan. 27 and general tickets on sale Feb. 20 via Ticketmaster.
Dave Matthews Band returns to Star Lake after a 2023 stop, amid a busy Pavilion calendar including Ne‑Yo, Motley Crue and Goo Goo Dolls, with a tour opening in May in The Woodlands, Texas.
The Pavilion at Star Lake acknowledged fan frustration over long traffic delays and said it would contact paying customers and improve parking after past shows, as reported by Channel 11 News.
Planning to beat the lines, many Dave Matthews Band fans said they arrive well before gates and parking open, joining Star Lake attendees in tailgate traditions like cornhole and pre-show socializing.
With more than 25 million tickets sold, Dave Matthews Band is committing to plant 1,000,000 trees in 2026, totaling 7,000,000 trees with partners REVERB and The Nature Conservancy.
