Dating to 1898, Nipomo's oldest church served the California town for over a century; 128 years later, its owners donated it to become a museum, event venue and visitor center
A historic church in Nipomo, California, dating to 1898, has been donated to the Dana Adobe and Cultural Center by its owners, John and Rebecca Prewett. The building will be developed into a museum, event venue and “Visit Nipomo” centre, while Calvary Church will continue holding Sunday services there.
