Date set for special elections to fill three vacancies in the Connecticut House of Representatives
Voters in Middletown will head to the polls on Feb. 28 to elect a state representative to fill a vacancy left by Rep. Quentin Williams. Williams was killed in a car accident hours after he was sworn in for a third term earlier this month. The results of the coming special elections will not impact control of the state House.
