Damon Goga’s battle with cancer

(WIVT/WBGH) - In the same neighborhood where I grew up, just a few houses down is another source of inspiration, Damon Goga. Now a senior at Chenango Valley High School, Damon was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma in his left tibia in 2017. After a few months of treatment in Syracuse, Damon had to get his leg amputated, and receive a prosthetic.
