Dallas Police Officer Arrested

On February 25, 2026, Lieutenant Jeremy Carter, #9550, was arrested by the Midlothian Police Department for DWI.  Lieutenant Carter has been a member of the department since August 2008 and is assigned to Detention Services.  He was on administrative leave following a previous arrest on December 24, 2025, and will remain on administrative leave pending the outcome of an internal investigation. cr
