- Customers should stop using Ocoopa-branded hand warmers immediately and contact Ocoopa Direct to request a refund on an original payment method or gift card.
- Owners must write "recalled" in permanent marker on the device, submit a photo showing the marking along with model and batch numbers to Ocoopa, then dispose per hazardous waste regulations.
