A 52-year-old man riding a bicycle was fatally struck by an SUV in Oceanside late Saturday, according to police. Officers received a report around 10:40 p.m. that a cyclist was hit on Harbor Drive near North Pacific Street, said Oceanside Police Department spokesperson Gina Avalos.
