Cyberpunk 2077 Will Officially Be Added To Battle.net
CD Projekt Red said the game will join Battle.net before the end of 2026 as Blizzard plans new crossover content for Overwatch and Diablo IV.
- At BlizzCon 2026, Blizzard Entertainment and CD Projekt Red announced that Cyberpunk 2077 will arrive on Battle.net this year, alongside base game and Ultimate Edition options.
- Team members Amelia Korzycka and Miles Tost confirmed the addition during a live panel, positioning it as the next CD Projekt Red title following The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt's Gamescom 2026 reveal.
- Diablo will feature a Geralt-themed Barbarian skin available as a pre-order bonus for Songs of the Past, with the outfit using Wild Hunt armor as its base and additional Witcher-inspired content planned for 2027.
- Overwatch will receive Cyberpunk: Edgerunners cosmetic content in 2027, with developers displaying art confirming that characters David and Talia will receive cosmetics during the 30 Years of Battle.net panel.
- Developers teased that "there will be more coming" in 2027 for both Diablo and Overwatch, while Edgerunners 2 premieres exclusively on Netflix on Oct. 20, expanding the franchise collaboration.
